WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME TO BECOME A
MENTOR STUDENT?
1.
You
will have to fill out an application
and answer some questions about yourself….This is the Help
us….Help You Theory…We need to know things about
you that you may think we should not be asking….these things
will be held in strict confidence and will not leave our
possession….In order for us to help you
succeed….you need to help us understand the type of person
that you are…..are you a thinker brain? a reptile brain? or
a mammal brain….? (Don’t
worry, there is no real right or wrong answer)
2.
Once
accepted as a Mentor Student, you will have to make arrangements to pay
the Mentor Fee that
applies to the level that you chose.
You can either pay by
check or money order or Cashiers check or Pay-Pal.
3.
Each
New Mentor Student will be required to partner with USAM&D, L.L.C.
(which is one of Jon and Stephanie’s entities) on the number
of deal splits that apply to the level you chose.…each of
the deals must have at least a $10,000 net profit to qualify as one of
the deals…..If it has less than a $10,000 net profit then
you will pay USAM&D 25% of the net profit and it will not count
towards your required deal split quota.
4.
You
will be required to be on time for your scheduled mentor call and to
notify your mentor if you are unable to keep your scheduled call time. You will be responsible to
send a weekly report by Sunday evening
and to send all property info sheets so that your Mentor
can review this before your call.
You will be required to follow our systems or you will be
issued a probation letter and be allowed time to correct the issue, then if you do not correct the
issue, you will be issued a second probation letter and then removed
from the program if you do not correct the issue after the 2nd
warning.
5.
You
will be required to treat your fellow mentor students, your mentor and
all of the professional team members that you will be brought in
contact with…..with the utmost respect and
dignity….We have some phenomenal people that we work with
and we have earned their respect and we want to always keep it that
way….You will be given the same privileges that we have and
this has taken years to obtain…..so, you must respect these
privileges.
6.
You
will be required to be successful…..This is not an
option….Failure
is something we all experience at some point in
life…...sometimes we have to fail to succeed….We
all know that you will fail at some things….but when it is
all said and done…You will be successful and you will be
happy that you did what it took to become successful!
You will have all the tools and the systems placed in your
lap……Your part is that you have to use them! (Don’t
worry, we are not going to give you the stuff and then forget about you) We will be with
you every step of the
way to the TOP!
7.
You
will be required to have a Winning Attitude….This is a
Win-Win Business….Everyone must win or it is not a deal that
we want to do……So you must be able to be happy
that everyone Win’s!
8.
Last
but not least….You must be on each scheduled call and be on every teleconference unless
there is a really good reason that you
can’t….Communication is the key..we certainly
understand vacations, Dr.’s
appointments, family issues, illness, etc…but we need to be
kept in the loop if there is a reason for you to miss a call or a
teleconference, webinar, etc.
We
are big on systems and they work!

WHAT
YOU SHOULD EXPECT FROM US……
1.
We
will provide you with the foundation and the blocks to make for a
strong Real Estate Investing Business.
2.
We
will provide you with the support to help you succeed and we will hold
you accountable for the things you are supposed to do.
3.
We
will provide you with the Education and the material to help you
succeed, but you must be the one that does what is needed.
4.
We
will provide you with the ability to use our Fantastic Team
Members…Our attorney, Our Appraiser, Our Mortgage
Co-ordinator, Our Mortgage Brokers, Our Realtors, Our Credit People and
many, many more Professionals that we use to help our TEAM
succeed……(there could possibly be some states
that some of our team members might not be able to do business in due
to licensing or other issues.)
5.
We
will provide you with the proven systems that have worked for all of
us….and will work for you too!
But, YOU must do it!
6.
We
will provide you with at least one teleconference, or webinar per month.
7.
Your
personal mentor will be available to you by phone, email, or fax,
depending on the level you choose and will always be available in the
heat of a
deal……! YOU
must not be afraid to ask for help!
8.
Your
mentor will push you when you need pushed.
Your mentor will
reward you when you deserve to be rewarded. Your mentor will be there
for you when you are unsure, or just need a helping hand or when you
need that extra little pat on the back to help gain your
confidence… Your mentor will quickly become a vital part of
your life.
9.
You
mentor and the Mentor group will consistently bring you new
opportunities. Opportunities
that you can get in
on and benefit from. These
opportunities are not mandatory, but they will be available for you if
you so with so take part in them.
10.
Our
main goal is to under promise and over deliver…..We believe
that you will quickly see…that this is just the kind of
people that we are. It
won’t take you long to figure out that we WANT you to succeed
and we WANT to help you succeed.
