THE
IANNOTTI MILLIONAIRE MENTORSHIP
The cost
of our MILLIONAIRE
PLATINUM MENTORSHIP is $15k for 6 months, which
breaks down to $2,500 per month for
6 months or we will offer a discounted price of $13,500 if paid in one
payment. This
can be paid monthly, but there is a 6 month contract and if monthly
payments
are made the cost is $15k for 6 months. If you choose to pay monthly,
you are
responsible to have a check to us by the 1st of
each month or we can
do pay-pal, if you want to use a credit card.
This
level would include:
- A
two day site visit where we come to your home/office and work with you
one on
one.
- One
(1/2 hr.) scheduled call per week.
- Unlimited
email access.
- Unlimited
cell phone access.
- Conference
calls with other students, and access to our student
webinars/tele-seminars.
- The
ability to borrow any of our resources from our Library. The only cost
to you
will be to have them shipped to you and you will be responsible for
shipping
them back within one month of getting them. This is limited to 3
programs per 6
month mentorship.
This
level would include:
- One
(1/2 hr.) scheduled call per week.
- Email
access within reason, no more than 3 per week unless you are in the
heat of a
deal.
- Includes
cell phone access if you are in the heat of a deal.
- You will have access to our conference calls, webinars and tele-seminars.
The next
level of mentorship
is the MILLIONAIRE SILVER MENTORSHIP and is $500 per month.
There is no minimum
commitment, it’s month to month. You can stay as
long as you like. If
you choose to pay monthly, you are responsible to have a check to us by
the 1st
of each month or we can do pay-pal, if you want to use a credit card.
This
level would include:

One
(1/2 hr) scheduled call per week and email access within reason, no
more than 3
per week, unless you are in the heat of a deal with one of our
Mentors.
We have several fantastic mentors that have been through our system for
years
and have become successful and are now mentoring for
us. We have no
doubt that they can make you very comfortable as they know the business
and can
guide you every step of the way.
- Limited
cell phone access and cell phone access if you are in the heat of a
deal.
- Email
access, no more than 3 per week unless you are in the heat of a deal.
- You
will have access to our conference calls, webinars and tele-seminars.
All of
the above levels will
qualify for the following:
You
will be entitled to many opportunities as a Mentor Student of The
Iannotti’s
Millionaire Mentorship Program. You will be given first crack at the
many deals
that come our way. If they are in your area, you will be given the
opportunity
to partner on the deal before it is sent out to the master
list. You will
also be given first crack at many other opportunities such as Bulk
REO’s and other
business ventures that will come during your mentorship. You will
always be
invited first before these opportunities are given out to our master
list.
We
know that what we charge is extremely reasonable for the experience and
education that you will receive by your participation in the
Millionaire
Mentorship to get your business to the next level.
We also
want you to know that we Mentor because we love to Mentor and give back. The money is really a
very, very small part
of the big picture. Certainly we can make a lot more by just doing one
deal….but there is not near the satisfaction for us to do a
deal…that we
already know how to do….to us the real thrill comes from
when one of our
Mentors students does their first deal…!
Our time is valuable and our blessings are
many…. We are dedicated
to helping you become
successful Real Estate Investors, and that to us, is much more
important than
making BIG BUCKS.
We
hope that you will feel that you are getting much more than you paid
for by
having us as your MENTOR’S. This will be what makes
us ultimately the
most happy! We know that if we make you happy and successful,
that you
will tell others and then others will be able to have the same
experience that
you will be having with us. To us it’s all about the
FAMILY, and we all do
become part of a family. We laugh together, we cry together,
we celebrate
together and we care together. This is what we feel
that we can
offer as we look at our Mentorship as the Learning that leads to the
Earning
and the FREEDOM. Which is ultimately really what most people
want.
FREEDOM is not something that can be bought. It can however come easier
with
the ability to make money and that’s what we will teach you,
how to get to
where you want to be.
We
look forward to receiving your application back as not every student is
accepted into our Mentorship, although if you have talked to us
personally
about Mentoring then you have already been pre-screened. So,
please fill
out the attached paperwork and get it back to us as soon as possible.
We will
review it and send you either a letter of acceptance or a letter of
denial with
reasons noted.
Our
